Terms and conditions

This is based on a site visit to confirm access is achievable via ladders, it includes installations of a flue liner, closure plate and terminal, connection pipe and stove. Any additional work will be quoted for in advance.

We will only install stoves and flue liners we have supplied.

Does not include installing new chimney pot this will be additional

We will sweep the chimney on the day this is £60.00

​

A CO alarm is required for signing off the installation this can be supplied by you or purchased from us for £40.00

Management reserve the rights to refuse offer at any point.

Our current package deals include, either a wood or multi fuel stove that is specified in the showroom, a choice of 2 hearths that cover an area 48x15 in front of plaster line, fireboard to line the chamber, flue pipe and closure plate, appropriate liner to suit the stove, CO alarm, waste removal, installation, making good plaster and certification.

It does not include Chimney pot if required, a chimney sweep, any special sized hearths to cover flooring cutout. If the waste removal is more than 1 rhino bag a second will be an additional £75.00.
