Stage 2 - Book your free home design survey to check whether we can make the dream come true

Stage 3 - Receive your free quotation with all the details broken down so you know where your money is going

Stage 4 - Book a date, at this stage we take a deposit for 50% of the product costs.

Stage 5- The date arrives and so does one of our extremely experienced installation teams to bring warmth to your home.

Stage 6 - You dreamily stare at your new fireplace as we come out and demonstrate how to use the stove and explain what you should and shouldn't be doing with it.

Stage 7 - You realise that visiting the fireplace and stove shop was the best decision you made.
